Checking Out: Sprinkles and Their Cupcake ATM

Sprinkles, the ice cream and cupcake maker at LINQ Promenade…

In the midst of the activity of LINQ Promenade, is a quaint place for cupcakes and ice cream. Sprinkles, the cupcake bakery with locations around the country boasts Nevada’s only location at the LINQ. On a recent trip, my wife and I stopped in as Sprinkles is a familiar experience to us. We used to visit the NYC location when we lived there. In a sense, this was a taste of home. Once inside we saw selections of ice cream and a large assortment of cupcakes.

I didn’t get them all in one shot.

The staff are friendly; the atmosphere is cozy, and the cupcakes are moist and delicious. They have specialty flavors depending on the month, and season. My wife and I were there for the black velvet. Black is the new red for those who haven’t been keeping track.

Sprinkles also has a three-level perks program.

Besides cupcakes and ice cream, there’s also a variety of t-shirts to bring the memory home with you.

One of the things we like most is the fact that they have a little cupcake for your pet. But what tops it off, is the Cupcake ATM. If you don’t feel like stepping into the bakery, you simply walk up the cupcake ATM, place your order, pay, and your cupcakes are served.

You can visit their website for details and the monthly menu, but be sure to keep your eye on the upper left-hand corner for descriptions as you hover over each flavor.

  1. I visited Sprinkles last April while exploring the Promenade and splurged on a tasty cupcake. Had to remind myself to take smaller, slower bites to savor the flavor. :)

    1. That’s the only way to truly enjoy it, otherwise, it’s gone too quick :)

  2. I also saw them there, but I did not go in. My mistake. I will be back in October and will stop in. Got to love the atm. now only if they had one for beer.

  3. Vegas needs a Baked By Melissa. YUMMMM. I will try sprinkles again to c what all the fuss is about

    1. I did try Cupcakery last year on Lake Mead Blvd next to Cane’s Chicken Fingers and they were really good. They have mini’s as well.
