Las Vegas Is Getting Hot As Hell… Hell’s Kitchen That Is!

Kenzie Marie shares construction photographs of the new Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen strip side restaurant

As if it wasn’t already hotter than hell here in Vegas, it’s about to get even hotter. Under construction, directly in front of Caesars Palace, is the new Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen. It’s taking over the old Serendipity 3 space located next to the Ceasar’s fountains. According to Ramsay’s website, the restaurant will be designed to make the diner feel as if they are on the set of his popular FOX television show, Hell’s Kitchen, where two teams of chefs compete for a head chef position. Unlike other restaurants, the kitchen will be the highlight. Apparently, it will be visible from every seat.

This will be the fifth Gordon Ramsay and Caesars partnership restaurant to open up on the strip. It will join Gordon Ramsay Steak at the Paris, Gordon Ramsay Burger at Planet Hollywood, Gordon Ramsay’s Pub and Grill inside of Caesars, and the latest to open, Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips located in the Linq Promenade.

I have only once eaten at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. While on break from a poker tournament we stopped by Burger in Planet Hollywood. If you have ever walked by you know there is usually a line to get a table. We waited about 10 minutes which wasn’t too bad, but the restaurant was crowded and noisy. I ordered the Blue Cheeseburger because I love Blue Cheese. Unfortunately, I wasn’t overly impressed. I have to admit pub fare such as burgers and fries isn’t something I usually eat, so it can be difficult to please me.

I’m not the kind of girl that gives up on a chef after just one meal. With the opening of Hell’s Kitchen expected this winter, I might just make use of the time while I wait to check out the Gordon Ramsay’s Pub and Grill and Gordon Ramsay Steak. Reserve me a seat, preferably a booth!

  1. Gordon Ramsay Steak is incredible. The Wellington was truly amazing. My wife ordered the Wellington, I had the strip. The strip was very good, but we should have just ordered the “Wellington for two” as it was simply outstanding. If/when you go to GR Steak, get the Wellington.

  2. Gordon Ramsay Steak is indeed very good (although not nearly the best steakhouse in town IMO). But definitely worth a visit. The Pub tends to get pretty middling reviews and Fish and Chips is just fast casual. Steak is definitely at the top of the foodchain so to speak, so I’d check that out and skip the Pub.
