Oyster Bar Opens at Hard Rock
Hard Rock Las Vegas’ Oyster Bar Opens…
The Oyster Bar has opened at Hard Rock Las Vegas. Our tipster paperposter got the pics:
Here’s the PR speak from their website:
Enjoy the freshest oysters on the half shell, rich pan roasts, gumbo, seafood specialties and of course, a rockin’ good time.
Lunch and Dinner options include Fish & Chips Loup De Mer, Fried Oysters, Calamari “Fries”, Curried Coconut Stew, and Shrimp and Grits. Here’s a screen grab of the menu:
Or, you can look at their menu via PDF, here. From what I can find on reviews from the Oyster Bar at Hard Rock Tahoe, the Classic Pan Roasts are all the rage. You can see pictures of the food offerings via this Yelp gallery. The Oyster Bar is just one of the new things in the works at Hard Rock. A steakhouse from the Morton Brothers opens in May; The Domina Club opens this Spring with the Magic Mike Live show, plus Hard Rock’s Convention Center recently opened.
Oyster Bar is open: Sun – Thu from 11 am to 10 pm; Fri – Sat from 11 am to 2 am.
Michael Movestro founded Vegas Bright to continue the tradition when Vegas Chatter cashed out. Michael pays the bills, maintains the site, writes articles, hosts VBN – Vegas Bright Newscast.

Is this the same company that has the Oyster Bar at Harrahs, LV?
Are there any tables or just the bar?
