When it comes to hot chocolate and marveling a chocolate and cake creations, there’s just something about Jean Philippe Patisserie at Bellagio that is a “must-stop-by” after or even before visiting the Bellagio Conservatory. Presently closed for a two-week renovation, they will be open again a week before Christmas according to a staff member. I stopped by the day before the renovation for some hot chocolate and epic cake admiration.
