Lucky Dragon Grand Opening December 3rd

December 3rd announced for Lucky Dragon opening…
The Lucky Dragon has announced that they will be opening on December 3rd, 2016 and what great timing, as I’ll be in town! SCORE!
Every major news source in Las Vegas has reported on the opening of the establishment which will cater to domestic Chinese gamblers, but also includes Californians and Chinese locals. Earlier we reported on the five restaurants which will open with Lucky Dragon. The project had a setback when they ran out of money, but they have since gotten their sh*t together.
Here’s what you can expect from The Lucky Dragon per their website:
“Features of the property include a nine-story hotel with 204 rooms, of which 24 are suites; 27,500 square feet of casino space with an emphasis on table games including Baccarat and Pai Gow as well as slots, a high limit gaming area known as the Emerald Room and a luxurious VIP gaming parlor; a pool designed to create an oasis garden escape for hotel guests; a spa with four treatment rooms including reflexology and acupuncture; an indoor-outdoor Tea Garden featuring an extensive list of tea curated by Las Vegas’ only tea sommelier; five Asian-inspired restaurant concepts; and staff and signage to accommodate guests from throughout Asia as well as English-speaking guests.”
That is the longest sentence I have ever read…my goodness. I mean, just look at it. It’s all one sentence with six semicolons. I digress. I’m looking forward to swinging by on opening day, playing some Asian slots, and having some of that dim sum.
Sidenote: You know, it’s kinda nice to be talking about an opening day instead of an implosion date for once. It’s been awhile since we had an exciting opening day to talk about.

Agree it’s nice to hear about an “in” rather than an “out” when it comes to strip casinos. Will likely take the monorail up and check the place out on my Xmas trip.
