We Peep The Japanese Tea Garden at Bellagio Conservatory

The Bellagio Conservatory does Cherry Blossoms, Japanese Tea Garden…

For me, the Bellagio Conservatory is usually a stop I make on my trips, mostly by curiosity and sometimes by necessity (enroot to the tram). On my last trip, the Japanese Tea Garden featuring loads of cherry blossoms were in effect (and still is through May 14th). Here are some of the floral highlights of Japanese Tea Garden:

  • 82,830 flowers in total
  • Shrubs & Ivy: Azalea Brilliant, Begonias, Ivy, Hibiscus, & more
  • Trees: Cherry Blossom, Magnolias, Camphor, & Ficus Nitidia
  • Bamboo canes approximately 10′ tall & 4″ round

And now, here are some pics for your enjoyment. To enjoy the slide show below, just click one then click throughout.

Each year the Bellagio Conservatory serves something up for each season starting with Chinese New Year. My favorite display was its Holiday 2015 version. The conservatory’s summer theme starts May 20th.

  1. Sweet! I’ll definitely take my dad and sister to see the conservatory next weekend. I read elsewhere that it looks like the MGM properties will start charging for parking sometime in June, so we’ll make it just under the wire for this trip.

      1. I totally agree about the looming self-parking charge. After this trip, I will not be parking at the MGM properties that will implement the charge, which will leave me with Circus Circus—the red-headed stepchild of the MGM family—as the only MGM property that will get any play from me.
