Sneak Peek: Alder and Birch
A look inside Alder and Birch
Alder and Birch, the eaterie taking the former space of Coasta Cantina, is opening at The Orleans. At the time of this writing, the website showed ‘Coming Soon’, however, a few clicks in Open Table found me a date of today 2/3/2016. Serving up “cocktails and steaks the way nature intended.” Our tipster paperposter took a peek behind the construction curtain to get these shots:
With a price range of $31 to $50, and a variety of steaks, cocktails and other fares, Alder and Birch just may be worth a visit. Yes, I’m saying that because I noticed that they have a bone-in Ribeye. I like bone-in ribeyes.
Feel free to browse their menu here. Do note that it is a PDF link, and if you’re at work it may cause a notification to pop up depending on how strict your Network Admin has the settings in your group policies.

OOh…and the menu has prices. There is nothing worse than a menu with no prices. This looks like an interesting place!
It would be nice if all menu’s had prices. Menus with prices help me decide if I’m even gonna set foot into a place.
I like ribeyes as well. Vegas is full of places with prime-rib specials, always has been. I wish they had more ribeye specials.
Comment of the week! hahaha
