STORY 1– Reality television star and restaurateur Lisa Vanderpump has opened her second eatery on the Las Vegas Strip. This second one is at Paris Hotel and Casino.
The release notes that the venue features a marble bar, embedded with crystal chandeliers in wrought iron cages; bronze umbrellas sit on top of the marble, and the back of the bar features massive windows that overlook the Eiffel Tower and the Sane River, flooded with rain.
Similar to Vanderpump’s other locations, the cocktail menu features unique and never-before-seen offerings. The wine list also reflects France, with a vast variety of selections, while the food offerings offer unique twists on light bites, Ratatouille Frites being one of them.
Vanderpump also owns Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace.
STORY 2 — On Friday, April 15, Illuminarium Experiences will open its flagship Illuminarium in Las Vegas at AREA15. As we previously reported.
From the press release: “Guests will be immersed in the world’s most extraordinary experiences. Whether that’s on safari, at the bottom of the ocean, in the celestial universe, on top of the world’s highest peaks, or inside a visual art exhibition, Illuminarium places visitors inside the story as it unfolds around them.”
The folks at Illuminarium seem really proud of their technology, utilizing the world’s most advanced laser projection, 3D beamformed audio, LIDAR-based interactivity, in-floor vibrations, and scent systems. The Illuminarium experiences begin April 15th.
STORY 3— RAMSAY’S KITCHEN BY GORDON RAMSAY WILL OPEN AT HARRAH’S LAS VEGAS FALL OF 2022. Harrah’s Las Vegas will open Ramsay’s Kitchen, led by multi-Michelin-starred chef and television personality Gordon Ramsay in the fall of 2022. This marks the iconic chef’s sixth restaurant within the Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas portfolio and his second Ramsay’s Kitchen location.
Ramsay’s Kitchen draws inspiration from Chef Ramsay’s personal kitchen and takes guests on a culinary journey around the world. Visitors can expect a casually refined and inviting venue offering new twists on Ramsay’s signature creations.
Ramsay’s Kitchen first opened in Boston’s vibrant Back Bay neighborhood and features an expansive menu including a raw bar, soups, salads, sandwiches, signature mains and more. The Ramsay’s Kitchen menu will offer a mix of original specialties infused with Vegas flair, specifically curated for the Entertainment Capital of the World. The 240-seat restaurant will be comprised of a seven-seat seafood counter, a private booth and a private dining room.
STORY 4–Gordon Ramsey Burger has expanded. Gordon Ramsay Burger at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino has recently expanded its restaurant space and brought back its weekend breakfast menu. The restaurant now offers 282 seats, with more opportunities to accommodate large parties. Additional enhancements include a larger grill in the kitchen and a second side station and more TVs in the dining room. On Saturdays and Sundays The menu ranges from sweet to savory and is served a la carte.
Lovers of Ramsay’s burgers can now enjoy the Brunch Burger, topped with eggs and bacon.
Side options include a variety of tater tots, like the Cheesy Tots, topped with house spice, pork bacon, Parmesan cheese, fried chives, and white cheddar ale sauce.
