Following recent openings at Caesars Palace and Harrah’s, Bobby’s Burgers has now opened its third location on the Strip at Paris Las Vegas, next door to the space of the upcoming Nobu restaurant. This location also features a breakfast menu along with its assortment of burgers, fries, shakes, and more, and it’s open Sunday through Thursday from 7 a.m. until midnight and Friday and Saturday from 7 a.m. until 1 a.m.

The Famous Foods Street Eats food hall at Resorts World has added four new concepts: Fuhu Cha Chaan Teng, Famous Pho, Burger Barn, and Harajuku Ramen. Fuhu Cha Chaan Teng is a Hong Kong-style tea cafe serving dim sum, congee, soups, and more. Famous Pho will offer a couple of styles of pho while Burger Barn offers burgers topped with Asian-influenced toppings and Harajuku Ramen offers….ramen.

Cafe Lola is opening its first Strip location. According to a news release, founders Alexandra Lourdes and Lin Jerome will open their newest eatery at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. The European-inspired café is expected to open its doors this summer. According to then co-owners the space will be designed in a similar vein to the other two locations, with lots of pink, florals, and velvet, but they’ll also be bringing in new elements including a walk-up window where guests can get frose to go, patio seating, and a secret photo room. The new location will have the cafe’s popular mother-daughter tea program and will be family-friendly with costumes and an expansive kids’ menu.

Circa is the first casino in Las Vegas to enter the world of NFTs, and it’s gonna be a Vegas Vickie NFT. Its new collection of non-fungible tokens features the hotel’s 20-foot-tall neon Vegas Vickie sign. It is based on the work of artist Jason “Borbay” Borbet, who spent the month of February painting the sign at the hotel. The NFT can be downloaded at Circa’s Legacy bar on the top floor of the hotel. Patrons can get it by scanning a QR code next to the original painting. “THE VEGAS VICKIE NFT WILL MAKE CIRCA RESORT & CASINO THE FIRST LAS VEGAS CASINO ON THE BLOCKCHAIN.” Those who have the NFT will have perks including VIP experiences at Circa Resort and Casino, hotel packages, and more!
