Strip Scoop: Aria Resort and Casino developing new Deluxe Resort Club Lounge

Vegas Bright reader and guest writer Chris R. shares insider information on the new Aria Deluxe Resort Club Lounge.

Ladies and gentlemen, almost exactly a year ago I gave you an update on the Aria Tower suites product. One year later and the self-proclaimed aria expert is here with another strip scoop to update you on how the Aria is reinventing itself again by launching its 3rd premium product which it’s calling the Deluxe Resort Club Lounge. This product is taking some of the top floor deluxe king and double queen rooms into a whole different product as they will offer a huge new lounge which will be built by September 1, 2018, according to availability on their website.

This lounge will offer similar amenities to the tower suites lounge and Sky suite lounge with private concierge service, private lounge access, snacks, and beverages. Although this looks like they may be making this the largest lounge yet as we don’t know how many of the roughly 3,000 deluxe rooms will be eligible for this program but from the renderings online it looks pretty massive. Also, an interesting note is this lounge will also be offering a full breakfast buffet and cocktail and dessert service which is much more than either of the two lounges currently offer. Does this mean there will also be updates to the other products or are they just offering that to make up the fact these are just basic rooms with lounge access?

This is definitely a needed update to help sell the remaining rooms the huge 4,005 room resort has and will definitely be appreciated by everyone that has access. From looking at the pricing online it looks like it will cost about $100 more per weekday and up to $200 more for weekends but obviously, that varies by dates.

  1. Interesting, thanks! When I am at the Aria, I don’t think there is a better spot to hang out and relax than the High Limit Lounge!

  2. Good to know! I always stay in the Tower Suites, which I think has an inferior lounge (to the one in Sky Suites). I would love it if the Tower Suites lounge got some better offerings. And a drink service? That would be awesome. Maybe this new lounge will make them update the others. ChrisinNashville: Do you have to play video poker at the bar in the High Limit Lounge? I’ve always been reluctant to go in there because I don’t play table games or video poker, and I thought they wouldn’t look kindly on someone who was in there just for the drinks.

    1. Not at all Cousins. In fact, there are no video poker machines at the bar! It’s just a really nice place to go and escape the cling and clang of the casino. The round bar and sitting area is just removed enough from the table games that you don’t feel like you are too close to them. You are free to sit at the bar and enjoy a drink and/or cigar at your leisure. The space just drips with luxury. It’s a Vegas must for sure every time I am in town.

      1. And I meant to add – they have a drink for almost every budget. $12 or so up to $5,000 a pour scotch. Not that I have ever had that. The bartenders are fun to talk to about all of the rare bottles they have.
