  1. Glad revenue is improving. I think it will get better this year and slowly increase. I have to disagree with gaming part – gaming was better back in the day – meaning comps were a lot better. I know they are trying to nickel and dime everyone but they should take care of the gamers a little better.

    I like the new Park MGM renovation and see that new projects are coming with Wynn. Glad Vegas is starting to boom again. Ive notice new spring mountain restaurants popping up and some good asian food coming.

    Thanks for the podcast – I am 4 hours away and frequent vegas every quarter.
