The 2017 Bellagio Conservatory Holiday Glamour

Michael Movestro returns with pics of this year’s holiday display at Bellagio Conservatory.

I hope you all didn’t think I’d let this year’s holiday goodness at Bellagio Conservatory go by without a visit and subsequent write-up, did you? Well, no worries, I’ve got you covered.

My wife and I honored our ‘December Vegas’ tradition and came to town to see the holiday “going-ons” in Sin City. Our favorite city during our favorite time of year. 2 favs, can’t go wrong.

This year the Bellagio Conservatory is featuring their display, rightfully named, Holiday Glamour. This year’s version features an Ice Princess standing 18 feet high with a dress adorned with hydrangea and orchids. Of course, the centerpiece is the tree. Standing at 42 feet tall, this White Fur hails from Mt. Shasta and is decorated with 2500 ornaments and 14,400 feet of white warm lights. Last year’s North Pole trains and elves have moved side-stage to the right of the conservatory. Two polar bears stand in front of the Ice Princess, while the other polar bears continue their splashing about on the left of the conservatory. Unfortunately, the snow globes from years past are gone. Which is a shame, I’d love one in my office studio. However, as always, I was thrilled to see the larger than life toy soldiers. They add a certain whimsey to it all.

I hope you enjoy all the pics as seen below.

Holiday Glamour runs at the Bellagio Conservatory through January 1st, 2018. Protip: Go at night time when it’s dark outside, the Christmas lights all around the conservatory are extra magical when there’s a darkened sky above the glass ceiling. Also, hit up Jean Philippe for one of their delicious hot chocolates just before entering the conservatory. Warm fuzzy feelings for your taste buds while your other senses enjoy the glows of Holiday Glamour.

  1. ahhhh, I will be there on Tuesday next week! Thanks for the sneak peek! Never had that hot chocolate, I will need to give it a try.
    Viva!

  2. I love this feature! Thank you for keeping me up to date with one of the best free attractions in Vegas.

  3. Thanks for the great pics. Looks similar to last year with just enough changes to keep it fresh and get me to visit again.

    1. I think that’s what they’re going for. Each year I notice some of the prior year mixed in with new stuff as well. I’ve adopted that method when decorating my office studio for the holidays lol

  4. I am going the day after xmas. This time my whole family is going which includes a bunch of youngsters. I think they will like it – will get some hot chocolate at Jean Phillipe as well.
