Burger Brasserie

Biting In at Burger Brasserie

Blonde4ever Visits Burger Brasserie at Paris Las Vegas

I am very fond of the restaurant Burger Brasserie. My only quibble is with the name. The word “brasserie” was not in my lexicon. Brasserie, not to be confused with a brazier, a thing that holds hot coals, or brassiere, a thing that holds boobs. I had to look up the word to discover it meant a type of French restaurant with a relaxed setting. Ok, now it makes sense since it is officially part of the Paris hotel.

I seem to wind up at Burger Brasserie on almost every trip. It is partly because I am often staying in the Paris/Bally’s area and they are in such a convenient location, but it is also because I have enjoyed every meal I have eaten there.

Burger Brasserie is a restaurant/sports bar located on the walkway the runs between Paris and Bally’s. I don’t pay any attention to sports, but if you love them, there are many TVs playing every game imaginable spaced out throughout the room so that you won’t miss a thing. Sometimes it can get fairly busy and noisy here, but that has never detracted from my enjoyment of their food. The waitresses are dressed in sexy outfits which may appeal to the males in your group. They used to wear bustiers and fishnets but seem to have changed over to a more sporty look now.

I think Burger Brasserie was doing gourmet burgers before they became en vogue. I have visited multiple times over the years to try their various burgers with the Paris burger being my favorite. I also like that you have a selection of buns to choose from; cornmeal dusted, onion, whole wheat, or even gluten free! Sides dishes are extra, so I would advise ordering the tower of onion rings to complete your burger meal. Yum! Happy Hour runs from Monday to Friday, 4 to 6 pm.

I have been attempting to be more health conscious lately so on my last two visits to this restaurant I devoured their grilled chicken salad plate that comes with caramelized walnuts, dried cherries, goat cheese and a vinaigrette dressing. It is truly a delicious combination.

On our last visit, my friend and I also ordered some yummy deviled eggs topped with poached lobster as a starter. My friend loved the lamb burger that she ordered. One of these days I am going to indulge in that alcoholic Peanut Butter and Chocolate Shake!

We received a 20% off coupon for Burger Brasserie when we checked into Bally’s, but they are often featured on Groupon and other sites that provide a discount. They also give you a price cut with your Total Rewards player’s card. You can even use your Total Rewards points to pay for your meal. The prices here are reasonable even without a discount. I also like that their prices are listed on their online menu. Many restaurants have stopped doing that it seems.

You can view a pDF of their menu here.

Burger Brasserie is a great place for a casual meal at a reasonable price. They get a thumbs up from me.

  1. Good review. I like this place. So many burger joints to choose from, this is a good one if you are in the Paris/Ballys complex. Yummy!

  2. Went there for the first time on my last visit earlier this month. Great restaurant (although it seems like it’s named LE BURGER BRASSERIE as a part of Paris, but BURGER BRASSERIE, as a part of Bally’s). Had a burger and the alcoholic peanut butter and chocolate milkshake. Really delicious!

  3. Our group ate here a couple of trips ago. We all enjoyed our food. It was wonderful! and yes, I had checked ahead of time if I could pay with my TR points which I could :)

  4. Have you tried Holstein’s or the Gordon Ramsey place? Both are light years ahead of this one to me. The coupons do make this place cheaper, though

  5. I will probably never get there, but it sure does look good. and that milkshake really sounds good! and BTW, thank you for sharing the lesson on boob holder-uppers. never too old to learn. ;-)

  6. That $777 burger looks temping..NEGATIVE ha! Never heard of this place and may give it a whirl after Gordan Ramsey. Thanks for adding the link to the menu

  7. Yum, sounds delish. I haven’t been there in about four years, so I will have to return.
    Thanks for the review.

  8. I’ll have to give this a try. Went to Bobby Flay’s Burger Palace at Aria last trip, and the Caesar Salad burger was wonderful. Good fries too.

  9. They have an INCREDIBLE drink here…a frozen strawberry mojito….It is one of the first drinks I have when I get to town. I get one to go, two if it’s happy hour, then stroll on. I don’t even think it’s on the menu any more, but they made it for me last time.

  10. This was my go-to burger place — up until my last trip a few weeks ago. The burger was dry and not up to their previous high standards. I may give it another go in a few months, but until then I’ll head to TAP at MGM for my burger

  11. From the photo of the entrance, it appears that you went there on a Sunday. The staff will be wearing football shirts and jerseys to promote sports betting. The “sexy” outfits return for the rest of the week, I believe.

I’ve been there twice and enjoyed their burgers. Looks like they took the “Le” away from the sign.
