NSFW: Pole Expo Coming to Hard Rock, Additional Events at SLS, UNLV

Pole Expo encourages you to “bring the Pole gang!” to Pole Exo 2016…

I had to double check that I wrote “Rock” in the title. From September 7-11, 2016, the Pole Expo (now in its fifth year) returns to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. There will also be events at SLS and UNLV.

Here’s a quote from the press release which goes on to explain exactly what Pole Expo is for those of you who had no clue (much like myself, actually):

Pole Expo is a unique event that celebrates and educates the dance form that’s changing the world. Educating both women and men alike about the world of pole fitness, the expo aims to encourage self-respect and healthy lifestyles through the fitness of pole dancing. Pole Expo has grown to be the largest event of its kind with more than 2,000 attendees from over 50 countries participating in top-of-the-line workshops and classes taught by the best pole experts in the industry.

Besides nightly events and competitions, there are also daytime workshops and seminars. There’s a complete schedule here.

Here are some of the nightly line-ups:

Thursday, Sept 8 (The Joint inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino)

Pole Classic Competition & Pole Star Showcase: Previously selected, 10 males and 10 females compete for the coveted title of Overall Pole Classic Champion 2016. First place female winner will move on to compete in the Pole Championship Series at the Arnold Schwarzenegger Sports Festival.

Friday, Sept. 9 (Vanity Nightclub inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino)

Pole Expo’s 5th Annual Party: Vanity Nightclub transforms into a night of comedy burlesque entertainment and risqué performances showcasing male and female talent from across America.

Saturday, Sept. 10 (Ham Hall, UNLV)

Pole Show LA: Where acrobatic athletics meet lingerie for a one-of-a-kind production highlighting the world’s best pole dancers.

Yes, fitness! I would totally go to this solely because of fitness, who wouldn’t? Oh, mostly everyone? Well, yeah, you might be right.

Tickets to these events can be purchased at the Pole Expo website while tickets for the Pole Show LA event at UNLV (the one with that ridiculously hot teaser video) can be purchased from the Pole Show LA website.
