Observations: Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood at T-Mobile Arena
Paperposter shares his thoughts of the Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood show at T-Mobile Arena…
It’s me, your tipster Paperposter! I saw the Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood show at T-Mobile Arena over the 4th of July weekend. Here are some of his pics and observations.
Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood used their T-Mobile Arena shows to film for their TV show.
I went to the late show on July 3rd. As you can see from the picture below, they sold less than half the seats in the new arena.
As I’ve been saying, concerts and shows just don’t sell out in Vegas. If you ask how I got in, well, karma’s a bitch. I got in thru Hyde as nobody is paying those overpriced bottle service or general admission club service. They gave away free tickets to locals just to get us in there. And that is a bitch.
It was a clusterfuck getting into Hyde from the ground floor entrance. Otherwise, Garth was in fine form playing around 2 hours and 20 minutes.

Wow, this is bad attendance especially by Garth standards. He sold out 8 shows in Nashville a few years ago. Hope you enjoyed.
Keep in mind Garth was a residency there not that long ago – a lot of people who wanted to see him already had a chance to do so. Plus it’s July and it’s hot.
paperposter – interesting to hear about Hyde. Are you seeing similar comps for other events?
from the the arena yes they have comped alot of the shows to locals for free .this was the first time ive seen hyde comp people in but i dont pay to much attention
it was july 4 weekend vegas was packed so should the arena
gartha and trisha were great.
yes i know he did a residency but that was just him and guitar and very expensive. this was also 7 shows but still vegas people dont really come to see concerrts was my point
I was there for the July 2nd show. There wasn’t an empty seat. He had 2 brief opening acts, and he played for over 2.5 hours. The July 3rd busy show was likely the 7pm show, but the author went to the 10pm show. It was the best concert I’ve been to, and blew me away.
