Royce’ Chocolate Opening at the Venetian

ROYCE’ the Japanese Chocolate Confectionery is making its way to Vegas

The Venetian’s St. Mark’s Square is a buzz of construction activity, with Mercato Della Pescheria in the works, and also, Royce’ Chocolate. A stroll through the Venetian is always a good time, especially when something new catches my eye. The construction wall has ROYCE’ branding and chocolate artwork. ROYCE’ describes itself as “How Japan Does Chocolate.”

ROYCE'

I searched around for some info on the company. Per their website:

“It all began in 1983 in Sapporo, the capital city of Japan’s northernmost island of Hokkaido. With cooler climates and wonderfully natural terrain, it is the ideal location for sourcing the freshest dairy products. Over the years, ROYCE’ has become known for crafting unique chocolate products such as Nama (“fresh”), maccha chocolates and potatochip chocolates that are now enjoyed in over 14 countries, including the U.S. Now that the secret is out, ROYCE’ is on a mission to introduce all Americans to the deliciously unique taste of chocolate, Japanese-style. We invite you to visit any ROYCE’ retail location and request a complimentary tasting to discover How Japan Does Chocolate.”

ROYCE’ (yes that apostrophe is part of their name) has three locations in NYC, and one in New Jersey. Here’s some chocolatey goodness from their website:

Their new Las Vegas location is scheduled to open this month.
