Mercato Della Pescheria

Mercato Della Pescheria Coming to Venetian

Arriving this Summer, Mercato Della Pescheria at St. Mark’s Square

It’s always fun when visiting Vegas to take a stroll and find something new in the works since the last time I was in town. Walking through the Venetian’s St. Marks Square, I saw a construction wall for Mercato Della Pescheria.

Mercato Della Pescheria
Takes the former space of Postrio

I had wondered what would replace the long-time closed Postrio by Wolfgang Puck, a place I favored for it’s deliciously fluffy (not the furry variety) omelets.

Located right next to Paris Baguette

Located next to the recently opened Paris Baguette in St. Mark’s Square, Mercato Della Pescheria will be a Venice inspired restaurant serving seafood, pasta, meats, and wines. V&E Restaurant Group is opening this location as a sibling to its Miami-based location. The opening is scheduled for this summer.
