CliQue Adds Live Music to its Offerings

CliQue Bar and Lounge at The Cosmopolitan adds live music to its offerings.

Most strip venues add DJs, Chefs, and “surprise” Celebrity appearances. CliQue is doing something unexpected at its bar and lounge, adding live music. “Clique Unplugged” is a series of showcases from singer/songwriters taking place every Thursday night.

Past performers include Daniel Park, Jeremy Cornwell, Union Drifters, The Jupiter Year, and Jared Berry. Maybe you’ve heard of them; maybe you haven’t. One thing is sure; Clique is well aware of Las Vegas’ emerging indie music scene. I’d say if you’re looking for some early evening entertainment on a Thursday while enjoying some tasty beverages, this artist showcase just might be what you’re looking for to start off your evening of drinking, gambling, clubbing and debauchery. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Aside from live music you can also enjoy a menu of drinks, smoked or infused, as well table snacks. Specialty drinks run from $18 to $30, beers around $8, and the assortment of table snacks run from $8 to $19. There’s also deep-fried Oreos. One can’t go wrong with a deep fried Oreo; it’s just not possible. You can see the menu by Clique-ing here. See what I did there? Yeah? No? no.

Back to the music, Daniel Park, who appeared in the recent unplugged series, also appeared on the Face and Aces LV Podcast; you can hear that episode here.

Here’s one of his videos:

The April lineup will be posted soon at CliQue’s website, but we were given a sneak peak:

4/7 – Daniel Park – he is a looping artist that plays the piano, guitar and violin
4/14 – Rein Garcia – also a looping artist that plays the piano and guitar
4/21 – Matt Morgan – Is an acoustic artist
4/28 – Rein Garcia (see 4/14)

Special thanks to our tipster paperposter for giving me the heads-up on this.
