StripCab Sneak Peeks the Bliss Dance Statue All Lit Up, Arena Too
Twitter and Periscope user StripCab gave a Bliss Dance sneak peek Saturday night.
While doing his popular Periscope broadcast of his Las Vegas cabbie activities, StripCab did a “scope” of the Las Vegas Arena, and also gave us all a glimpse of the Bliss Dance sculpture (above); all lit up at The Park. Most likely the statue was lit as part of a testing phase, and I have it on good authority that MGM wants to surprise us all on opening night…but…well…we Vegas lovers can’t wait. The Bliss Dance sculpture is capable of an array of multiple colors simultaneously. With origins at Burning Man, then at Treasure Island San Franciso, Bliss Dance has found a new home at The Park.
StripCab does his live broadcasts, weekends only, at his periscope channel. I would have linked to the video directly, but they vanish from Periscope 24 hours after posting… like they never happened. StripCab also gave us another shot of the T-Mobile Arena as well.
And another angle, because you can’t have too many angles.
Speaking of the T-Mobile Arena, photographer extraordinaire Greg C popped by and got these gorgeous daytime pics of the new signage:
A closer look at the signage and the marquee:
If you’re counting, the arena opens in nine days.

This thing really gives me the creeps. It like the preying mantis at the Container Park. Good thing I saw the mantis during the day. I would be too scared to go anywhere near it at a night. It seems to me the really completed this pretty quickly.
