  1. I really enjoyed the podcast, Michael. Looking forward to more! We haven’t been to LV since September, but if we fit it into our travel plans, I’ll let you know so maybe I can do a review or two.

I love the nostalgic LV stuff – sounds like a weekly segment to me. I also miss the Stardust and the Riv. And Ballys the way it used to be – especially the Sidewalk cafe.
    Places I don’t miss?
Boardwalk (I have a funny story about those huge Boardwalk hot dogs).
    Maxim
    Imperial Palace

Funny how some old casinos grabbed your heart, and others turned your stomach :)

    1. Thanks, Corgimom! Good idea about the weekly segment idea, not sure I have enough for every week, but I think there’s a couple of other properties that come to mind now that I think of it. It really is interesting how some places just ring the right way and some don’t. I also don’t miss the Imperial Palace, but I would miss the LINQ.
