The Vegas Bright Podcast. It was inevitable.
I have a background in radio broadcasting (many, many, years ago) and a love for all things Vegas. So, a podcast is a great way to combine two of my passions. The Vegas Bright Podcast is not a replacement for our website, just an extension of it.
We’ll have Vegas news-ings and musings, interviews, guests, comedic parodies, and maybe even some music sometimes. It isn’t likely that all those things will be in each episode, but it’s a goal.
Here is, The Vegas Bright Podcast Episode 1: Is This Thing On?

Notes: I give props, introduce Vegas Bright, I say umm a lot, I give more props, I learn immediately that a show plan should happen for future episodes. I discuss the MGM parking thing. I discuss how I’m starting to be sold on Downtown. A sneak peek on this week’s stories. I should have drunk some water. Yep, it’s definitely my first episode.
I’ll get better, I promise.

Great podcast. Looking forward to the next one.
Enjoyed the podcast and the site. I’ll be back often to check for updates!
Ok how cool is this!! I know podcasts are big but never listened to one. This is my first time.
I live in Brooklyn, born and raised and YES the gentrification is quite extensive. I work in Times Square so I can understand the struggle
MGM will validate tickets? I think I missed that with all the hoopla.I didn’t know that if your a guest you pay a 1 day fee for all MGM properties. That’s a bit better.
As a hotel guest, your “less than $10” covers you for the day throughout MGM properties. As a non-guest there is no validation. Non-guests will pay at each MGM property they park at.
Ok. I must have missed that from the get go. Amazing podcoast. Love the sense of humor and the music. I listened at work and called me husband at his job to listen as well. He told me I need work to do.
Thanks for the comments, everyone! We’re available on iTunes now, Stitcher is in process.
Great start, look forward to many more.
