Sake Rok Brings Japanese Cuisine to The Park
Sake Rok, serving up sushi, sake and Japanese cuisine will open at The Park in April.
With 13,000 Square feet and 200 seats, Sake Rok features a mezzanine level which will overlook the first-floor bar level. There’s an event space and a large balcony which overlooks The Arena, The Park and the Strip.
At night, the space transforms into:
“a high-profile social dining extravaganza” promising that guests will be immersed “in an experience part culinary, part performance and completely unexpected.”
From their website:
“Inspired by Japan’s vibrant pop culture, servers doubling as entertainers invite guests to partake in restaurant-wide camaraderie. Expect the unexpected, including restaurant-wide sake bombs, impromptu dance parties and lip-sync serenades. An outlandish and extravagant master of ceremonies will keep the energy and the sake flowing late into the night as Sake Rok transitions into a lively bar and lounge.”
Sake Rok recently finished a round of hiring; our tipster paperposter sent these in:
Sake Rock opens April 4th with the rest of The Park.
Update: Earlier this said it opened April 1st. However we received word from the folks at Sake Rok that opening day is indeed April 4th, with the rest of The Park.

This looks really nice. Love the balcony.
Me too, I hope it’s as good as the rendering!
