Burger Lounge Coming to Aria
Burger Lounge, known in California for promoting itself as “the original grass fed burger” is getting its first location outside of the Golden State, at Aria in Las Vegas. Slated to open next to the poker room, Burger Lounge will serve up burgers with healthy and fresh ingredients at their core.
Here’s what ARIA Vice President of Food and Beverage Josef Wagner had to say:
“Burger Lounge is a high quality fast-casual concept that adds a fun culinary experience to our resort’s dining portfolio. We appreciate the restaurant’s focus on sustainability and their dedication to creating a stronger food movement through the use of healthy ingredients and produce. We’re proud to introduce the brand to our clientele.”
Also, worth noting is that their beef is never frozen. Aside from serving a variety of burger specialties from beef , fish as well as chicken nuggets and shakes, I am particularly looking forward to:
THE LOUNGE BURGER™ – $7.95 100% Fresh, Single Source, American Grass-Fed BeefServed “Lounge Style:” Lounge Bun, Organic Cheese – White Cheddar or American, Fresh or Grilled Onion, Crisp Lettuce, Fresh Tomato, House-Made 1000 Island.
Yeah, that’ll hit the spot.
At the heart of the Burger Lounge brand is the belief a hamburger should not only taste great, but that the guest should feel good about eating it. With that in mind, burgers start with fresh American grass-fed, grass-finished beef, perfectly seared and served on a toasted handmade bun. With the addition of crisp lettuce, tomato, organic aged white cheddar and house-made Thousand Island dressing, the restaurant delivers one seriously good hamburger.
The opening is scheduled for sometime in March. You can view their menu here.

This property desperately needed another lower end food place besides 550 Pizza. Glad to see this, and I hope it’s good.
That’s too bad, actually. You could always count on being able to grab a coffee quickly at Roasted Bean as everyone else seemed to flock to the long lines at Starbucks.
You’re telling me, my wife has a $50 gift card for the Roasted Bean. I prefer them to Starbucks
I hope they are open when im there in two week’s. Probably not. It looks good.
Roasted Bean was my morning “secret spot” for take out coffee.
Walk by the lines at Jean Philippe and grab a quick coffee.
Hope this new place is open for morning coffee.
