Beer Park Opens at Paris

Beer Park, the new rooftop bar and grill at Paris has opened.

The Budweiser Clydesdales lead the charge to the grand opening Saturday as onlookers took pics and caught video of the world famous steeds. Beer Park, taking over the place formerly occupied by Chateau’s roof space, serves up cuisine infused with various Anheuser-Busch beers. Overlooking the Bellagio Fountains from its rooftop deck, Beer Park will be serving up a bevy (ah, see what I did there?) of dishes.

From their website:

Chefs incorporate the essence of Budweiser into each signature grill option by preparing the meats and other food on a custom-made Beechwood Grill. Signature menu selections are slow cooked, smoked or grilled over an open flame fueled by Budweiser-soaked beechwood chips to infuse the distinctive aromatic flavor into each item. Everything from gourmet burgers and brisket to ribs and an array of sausages will present flavors unique to Beer Park.

SHAQ was on hand for the opening festivities as well, which makes sense considering he’s an investor. The beer menu and food menu seem impressive for a bar and grill. I’m personally looking forward to:

Blue Cheese Burger 8.95 – Shock Top caramelized onions, celery leaf slaw, hot sauce mayo. Mmmmm.

  1. the first picture of the inside of the “beer park” shows a bunch of drink machines that pour…not beer.

  2. Nothing says Paris like Budweiser beer and BBQ!!! Hahahahahahahaaaaa, I was always a fan of Chateau. Looks like it ran its course…..like all night clubs, eventually.

    1. I guess they needed a place to fight all the Coors Light Specials that pop up for the rodeo.

  3. Surprised Paris hasn’t updated their website…..Chateau is still up and no sign of the beer park. Maybe I missed it??

    1. “taking over the place formerly occupied by Chateau”…Chateau is gone?? Never been but wanted to take a look since I was told it played hip hop and r and b. What a shame!
