Harvest by Roy Ellamar Opens at Bellagio

Harvest by Roy Ellamar, the “upscale casual” restaurant which replaced Sensi at Bellagio is now open. We reported on the new eaterie last month, as construction walls surrounded the former Sensi spot, of which Harvest maintains Sensi’s Chef, Roy Ellamar. Our tipster-iffic Paperposter got these shots last week.

A look at Harvest’s updated website shows a menu with selections from categories like Garden, Ocean, Ranch, Boards, Grilled, Stone Oven, Rotisserie and Vegetables. One thing particularly caught my interest: Fingerling Potatoes. Just sayin’.

Here’s some images, courtesy of the Harvest website, of some of their dishes. I have no idea what the names of these dishes are on the menu. But, if it looks like something you’d like, just pull up this article on your smartphone when ordering. Be sure to point to the picture, and tell Roy Ellamar we said hi. He’ll probably look at you confused, and then smile and raise his eyebrows as if he knows.

There are no listed prices as of yet. Hours are Sun – Mon from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Update: Dress code is now “Business Casual,” not “Upscale Casual” as it once said.
