Jubilee! Will Close! In February!

After a 34 year run, the timeless Vegas showgirl production, Jubilee! is closing. The slated close date is February 11th. The Las Vegas Sun reports that staff were notified late Friday night of the imminent closure.

Bally’s Las Vegas President David Hoenemayer had this to say:

“Bally’s Las Vegas is proud that millions of guests from around the world have experienced this thrilling Las Vegas classic for more than 34 years. We are looking forward to revealing exciting new developments in our entertainment lineup at Bally’s in the coming months.”

What exactly those “exciting new developments” are, no one knows.

Jubilee! hasn’t always been the show it is today, it underwent a “reimagination” in 2014, which brought about horrendous reviews.

The show began its run July 31, 1981, under the production of Donn Arden.
