SNACKS at Bellagio Renovates and Rebrands

The place for SNACKS at Bellagio is getting a make-over. The wall went up around Thanksgiving and will be back down later this month with a new logo, renovated interior, and an updated menu.

Our tipster paperposter caught construction walls in place with a glimpse of the new branding (above).

The eatery’s previous incarnation was known for late night eats, comfort foods and tasty burgers. Now, Snacks at Bellagio is now defining themselves officially as “Craft Burgers + Pizza.”

Anyone in culinary marketing knows that whenever you add the word ‘Craft’ in front of something, you can expect to start charging more money. Why, just this morning I made myself a Craft PB&J and charged myself $9.50, sure did. While I’m at it, I’ll even throw in a fake description of said sandwich:

“A butter made from organically grown peanuts joined with Rome’s premier grape jam. Our PB&J offers a taste of class between two slices of meticulously baked artisan bread.”

There you go.

Jokes (maybe) aside, I love me a good burger, and a new burger experience to boot. SNACKS “Craft” burgers will be on the to-do list on my next trip. I wonder, though, if the taste will live up to the hype.
