First Look: Mirage’s New Center Bar and Parlor Lounge
Yeah, let’s just get right to it! Sammasseur sent in pics of Mirage’s new Center Bar and Parlor Lounge, the construction walls are down! A rep we spoke with said it will open “mid-November.” Last time I saw the space there was a wall up around it, and now, that wall is down like Berlin’s (which you can view while peeing at Main Street Station). But you may not be reading this because you already started checking out the pictures.

Mirage’s new Parlor Lounge area:
The Center Bar takes up space once occupied by the old High Limit Slots area. The Parlor Lounge (which may contain a piano) is where the old poker room was. The expected opening is in the first paragraph that you may have skipped, because… pictures.

Put the beatles bar back and take this away :-(
The REVOLUTION lounge (aka Beatles bar) is still there. This has nothing to do with that bar. I would also be upset if they took that one away.
I am glad to see a piano bar going in there where the dying poker room was – and VERY glad they didnt turn it into some trendy techno Ultra lounge, which seems to be the way Vegas is going these days.

Wow that is sad! I just stayed at Mirage last night and couldn’t believe the Revolution bar is gone! They said they are putting in a sports bar. I was just there last month and that bar was as busy as always. I don’t get why they would close it!
I can confirm that the Center Lounge and Parlor Bar are both now open. So I guess it isn’t all bad news!
