Strip Bits: Paris Baguette Opens at The Venetian
Earlier this week, Paris Baguette opened at the Venetian. Located in St. Mark’s Square right next to where Postrio once was, Paris Baguette serves up a variety of Parisian inspired food. They’re serving up an assortment of breads, pastries, sandwiches, cakes and coffees. We just added this to our “To Do” list.
Just a month ago, when we last saw this space there wasn’t much going on:
Now a look at it in the present:

PB is a Korean chain! We have one here (San Diego) in the food court of a large Korean supermarket. They have Insanely good pastries, which you pile high onto a serving tray from self serve cabinets, and coffee drinks. +1 style for dressing the employees in the Korean approximation of what someone in Paris might wear, which basically ammounts to a mime costume.
