Final Phase of Construction for The Park Theater
Checking in on “The Park Theater” Construction Progress…
Back in June of 2015, it was announced that the former Blue Man Theater was going to be heavily renovated, enlarged, re-imagined…all that jazz. This lead Blue Man Group to move to Luxor, and, Jabbawockeez to move to MGM. In March of this year, we took a look at the progress of what was still being called the Monte Carlo Theater. Since then, the new name of the Monte Carlo (Hotel and Casino) was announced, and with that, the plans for rebranding it to The Park MGM. Ok, now that we’ve all had a refresher (you’re welcome), I figure it’s time that we check in on the construction progress of Monte Carlo The Park Theater. Our photog with the mo-tog Greg C sent us some recent pics of the Park Theater.
We were able to snag a seating chart from the folks over at TicketMaster:
The Park Theater, which is scheduled for a “late 2016” opening, will have 5,000-seats and be capable of hosting various venues.
